The thrust ball bearing is designed to withstand thrust load at high speed and is composed of gasket-like ring with ball rolling raceway groove. Because of the cushion shape of the ring, the thrust ball bearing is divided into two types: flat base cushion type and aligning spherical cushion type. In addition, the bearing can bear axial loads, but not radial loads.
Thrust ball bearing purpose: only suitable for bearing one side of axial load, low speed on the machine, such as crane hook, vertical water pump, vertical centrifuge, jack, low speed reducer, etc. The shaft ring, the seat ring and the rolling body of the bearing are separated and can be assembled and disassembled respectively.
Thrust cylindrical roller bearings and thrust tapered roller bearings are suitable for low speed situations. Thrust cylindrical roller bearings are separable bearings that can only withstand unidirectional axial loads and slight impacts, and can limit the axial displacement of the shaft in one direction. Their load-bearing capacity is far greater than that of thrust ball bearings.
The 29000 type bearing uses asymmetric spherical rollers, which reduce relative sliding between the roller and raceway. These long, large-diameter rollers provide exceptionally high load capacity. Oil lubrication is standard, though grease can be used in low-speed environments.

When assembling thrust roller bearings, use a dedicated mold. When pressing into the shaft, ensure only the appropriate ring bears the force. We recommend using air or hydraulic pressure. Molds must remain horizontal to avoid damaging the raceway grooves and causing operational noise.
Our testing center is equipped with professional equipment to detect technical indicators, ensuring each product meets rigorous precision requirements. Technical screening guarantees that each unit release matches the specific precision of the target device.
