Spherical Roller Bearings
Spherical roller bearings have two rows of raceways in the inner ring, the outer ring is spherical rolled to, the center of the outer ring raceway surface and the center of the bearing. Because of the automatic centering performance, can compensate for the installation error between the shaft and the shell hole or the shaft delection makes the inner and outer ring tilt. This type of bearings to withstand radial load capacity is greater, but also can withstand either direction of the axial load, but can not withstand pure axial load. Especially suitable for heavy load or vibration load under the work.
This product is made of machining brass, split cage, inner ring with the overall center edge, guided by the inner ring. Under heavy load, impact load vibration and other working conditions, the bearing still be tough and durable.
The product is made of machining brass cage. Its brass solid body cage is integral center edge with inner ring and guided by outer ring. It is mainly used in vibrating screen and other equipment.
The product adopts the stamping steel plate cage, and the end face is unblocked. The inner ring of this series of bearings has no center edge, and the cage is separated roller. This effectively reduces internal friction, assists rolling bodies to enter correctly into the load area, and improves limited speed.
This product adopts machining integrated cage, without center edge in the inner ring. The end face has two small edges, and rollers are symmetrical, low noise and has a certain self-lubricating function.
High strength steel plate E1 cage. The two racks are separated by a guiding inside the outer ring. The close contact between roller and raceway ensures fair pressure distribution for high capacity.
