Ceramic balls can be hybridized with stainless steel to create special bearings for unique projects. Ceramic balls offer low density, high hardness, a low coefficient of friction, anti-magnetic insulation, wear resistance, self-lubrication, and excellent rigidity. Hybrid ceramic ball bearings run 1.5 times faster than ordinary stainless steel bearings and have a service life 2 to 3 times longer.
